At Afzali Arts, we want you to feel confident and comfortable while shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Advance Payment Orders

All orders on Afzali Arts are confirmed only after advance payment. This helps us ensure your order is prepared and dispatched without delay. Once payment is received, your order is booked and processing begins.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within [24 hours] of booking, provided the item has not yet been packed or dispatched.
To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 309 5605050 with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within [7–10 business days] to your original payment method or bank account.
Refunds are not offered once an item has been dispatched, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item (see below).

Exchange & Returns

As our products are unstitched fabric, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference (size, color perception, change of mind) once the package has been opened, in line with standard fabric hygiene practices.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within [3 days] of receiving your order with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review and offer a replacement or refund, subject to our verification.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
