We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, our exchange policy has you covered.
Exchange Window
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging.
Change of Mind (Like / Dislike)
Please note: we do not offer exchange or return for change of personal preference — including color, design, or style likes/dislikes. Please review product photos, size chart, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. Exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items as described above.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at afzaliarts@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for exchange. Our team will confirm and share the return instructions. Please do not send items back before we confirm.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it is issued through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Please Note
Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged. Return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges is paid by the customer, while we cover shipping for our own errors.
